- Citizenship – ask for the Citizenship Unit
- Domestic Violence – ask for the Domestic Violence Unit
- Asylum – ask for the Asylum Unit
- Family-based immigration – ask for the Family Services Unit
- Children or juvenile – ask for the Immigrant Child Advocacy Project (ICAP)
