NWIRP is a non-profit organization that provides legal services to immigrants and refugees. We assist with a variety of immigration matters, including:

• Applications for political asylum
• Representation in removal (deportation) proceedings
• Petitions under the Violence Against Women Act
• Other immigration applications, including naturalization, family visas, and applications for replacement green cards

NWIRP strives to represent immigrants in vulnerable situations, but our capacity is limited and we are not always able to accept cases that otherwise meet our eligibility requirements. NWIRP DOES NOT provide assistance with:

• Student (F-1) visas or tourist (B-1) visas
• Employment-based visa petitions
• Investor visas
• Questions from employers about immigration
